This is a selection of concept art I made for various projects I worked on. Early prep is one of the most exciting parts of the creative process for me, as I can engage in a creative dialogue with the director to communicate my ideas and to make sure I incorporate theirs. These examples, in many cases, were the very first pieces of artwork created for their respective projects, to offer up and hopefully establish a tone and a feel the creative team can start to build on. These visual conversation starters are sometimes very different to the final look of the film, but they are cherished mementos to remind me of the journey we took.
